The delivery date was postponed to next day for 5 consecutive days. When I personally went to the Ekart office/warehouse the person there asked me to wait for couple of days. I found my order box was lying down there... The delivery guy who took it to deliver on previous day says that he could not find the location.!!!! But the delivery location is in main road!!!!

These people dont have sense to deliver the package and aftr 12 days they cancelled my orders without any reason. Neither they give the reason for cancellation nor they communicate.
