I giving review as per my experience. This is courier partner of Flipkart. People like me know ekart because of flipkart. I am from village, before 12 months I received all flipkart orders at ekart courier location. Courier boy used to call and ask for came to this this location and collect your item. But in from past 6 months not single item received by ekart each time they given address pincode mismatch. At my current location I received parcel from other e commerce companies except flikpkart. So by my point of view ekart's service is not good, they don't think about customers because they taking their commissions from flipkart, even I did complaint to flipkart but they not taking this as serious.
