I supposed to get my parcel on 18/04/2023 but they closed my delivery on 18th saying that my house has been closed and the delivery person never called me so today I went to collect my parcel from their branch esplanade road ,George town , chennai. At that time the delivery person said due to high work pressure I mentioned that house is closed sir and asked sorry , kindly requesting to bluedart to appoint sufficient staff and supervisor to again not to happen to any of its customers.Super trusted brand to worst untrustworthy brand. Good work

already my credit card is delayed in 3 days, i was visited to office they told we cannot deliver here, our delivery executive will call you and deliver your card, they find out my card but they not ready to give delivery in har office, Expected Date of Delivery 01 Oct 2022 but my card was delivered in my address 06 Oct 2022. blue dart need to improve har services.

Had a not so great experience from the service side. Took me 1.5 hr to hand over my courier (staffs blamed the network, server issues). But the courier was delivered within 1 working day as promised ( Chennai - Mumbai). Kindly improve your services and update your systems.

The office located in Parrys opposite to the Esplanade police station. It covers all the areas around Parrys and North Chennai. The office has sufficient parking for two wheelers. It has a big warehouse for the storage of couriers and a attractive customer service counter aside. Even pickup service is also available by the office. But the courier which was to be delivered by the office was was not delivered reasoning that the premises were closed, even though it was open and the delivery person never attempted to call the mobile number for the delivery.
