I have received couriers from various courier services and i feel sad to say that i have had the worst experience ever with Xpressbees and not just once but twice. The delivery guy was unapologetically rude. I've been asked to collect the ordered product from there office and when i asked him that I've reached the place after traveling from a long distance, i was asked to leave and come back again the next day to collect my order. This happened in my first experience. And today as well the delivery guy called, i asked him politely to provide me the parcel the very next since i was busy with my work and knowing that they do 2-3 attempts to deliver the parcels. But i think his ego got hurt and he hung up the call saying that i should collect it by myself. If this kind of service is being offered from Xpressbees then i feel sorry for you.

Very very poor service, their courier boy denied to deliver parcel at my door, they were asking to come at our place and take your parcel, and when i contacted to their customer care agents they assuring me from last three day's, will definitely deliver your parcel, and after three days they returned my parcel back to seller. Great job Xpressbees couriers service, this happened with katghora branch, if you guys are not able to handle this job then why you have taken this. Just to make customers in trouble?

Worst service Worst employee Worst mail reply response I have been served by this worst xpressbees courier service two times. Both time delay in delhivery. I called the persons they not responded well and at the end both the time my parcel return back and after this come with another service provider.

Staff and the service both are not co-operative. Even after having a tie up they are not offering premium services. Need to call them up after every delay. They have also lost some of our expensive orders in past. Wouldn't recommend when it comes to timeliness of deliveries.
