Very pathetic service center.Even 1 star is too much for them i would have given negative ratings if possible. My courier reached hyd before 10 days. Since 10 days they are not delivering my courier and giving false statements that customer denied delivery. Even after so many complaints and mails and enquiries from 10 days. I still didn't receive my courier. Very bad very poor service even the customer care people are also of no use. Everyday saying the same thing tht we'll deliver within 24 to 48hrs. It's been 15 days of my payment now. They are just taking people's money and sitting. Shut down your center if u cant work ok. This is beyond my tolerance now😡

Very very poor and bad cheap service of xpress Bess iordered from meesho but i received wrong product so I put return request but after put return request i just got msg from xpress Bess delivery partner will come pick up order today but no one should come To pick up order and we got msg from xpress Bess.. de has come to location but I'm not available but it's wrong no one is come to pick up order and I'm raise so many complain but no one should take proper action 🤬😡😡😡😡😡 cheap service because of this people i lost my refund amount it's huge amount of refund I'm lost I'm very dispoinyed but i will complaint against meesho and xpress Bess and i will take legal action cheap xpress Bess worst compa Worst people are doing scam

Most arrogant staff. Literally thrown the parcel away in front of the customer. Just because of the delivery person the order got cancelled which I got on offer.
