Not able to contact on the given number. Tracking for delivery from last 3 days. Not able to connect and ni update from ekart as well. Pathetic. On top of all these, flipkart customer care is telling that i was not reachable. False update given that delivery was attempted and failed without any calls or any trial for delivery. 😖

Worst!!!!!!!! From last couple of days Item has arrived at this hub but not delivered yet!!! Why? Don't know.... Thinking the delay is because of festival (Ganesh chaturthi) So tried to reach the hub but hub has already moved at another location after some hour spending finally got the recent location but, surprisingly the hub was also moved from this location. Where? don't know... Today for some time status has updated to Out for delivery tried lots of calls but didn't received by the guy, Even not any reply got to the SMS sent.

Very third class service not on time delivery need to train how to talk with customer so much arrogant. I ask him why delivery late he said come to my office and collect your courier.

My shipment has arrived at the facility 2 days age on 11th August at 6.30 am ...but still no action on it...even I visited the office but the office adress is changed and there is no new adress updated...worst worst service provider

Highly disappointed with the service.. I have order from Flipkart on 21st September and my order was showing the my location on 23th September it was supposed to deliver on 24th September wherein my address is near the deliver agent hub, just within 1km... But still they failed to deliver on 24, 25 and even on 26th of September'22.
