Very worst rude behaviour.. delivery date is different but they attempt delivery is different date. But before trying to locate the house he mentioned address not located and returned..next day i called myself and ensured about my existence and waited ful day. Evening I myself called and asked abu delivery ..very rudely he said I tried calling you but call was not going tomorrow only deliver told and and cut the call. Night 10 o clock he called again and mentioned consignee not available and can't deliver . What's this.. when i called eveng he spoke very rudely and said tom only i can deliver and he cut the call... After that only i went outside to do my work.. who will call after 10 clock and i missed that call....

Very bad experience with Blue dart express. It was a courier of medicines from Chennai. The status was showing as 'reached calicut' while tracking. So I tried to contact the office many times atlast they picked up and told that they r short of staffs and they won't be able to deliver. Actually the courier reached Calicut before 2 days. Atlast I hv to collect the courier directly from office. Sad to hear from such a big courier service team that they hv no staffs. Very poor serviceing.
