Worst delivery service I have ever experienced. They do not even contact before deliver and all of a sudden they appear and vanishes after a miss call before the customer could have a word. When the customer tries to call their number they purposely decline the calls and simply mention as undelivered and customer refuses to collect without even making any deliver efforts. Worst of all no one picks from there customer service even for further assistances. Very degraded service. Very dissapointing

Very poor service from Blue Dart koramangala branch, i have ordered couple of things online and these services provider had chosen Blue dart logistics partner. Blue dart excutive call in odd hours and if you don't answer the phone they will return the package. If you call them back they will not answer and if they answer they say someone will come but no one will. There is complete address given in the package easy to find with door number. They will not look for your home address and come near your house. They will just call you and If you don't answer they will return the package. This has happened to on multiple occasions. If this how blue dart operates then there is no use of giving full address. Blue dart should say only mobile number no address. Huge inconvenience because of blue dart. Not recommended to the partners they are spoiling your reputation

Worst Ever...... To send a laptop they need some eway bill for 110000 worth laptop for including the insurance. That too we need to pack everything and give it. charging more as well. They have only laptop box which can't hold anything extra other than laptop charger,mouse and laptop. if you have a bag and head set you need to pack yourself and still pay same amount. I did it DTDC they did packing so well and also charge was nominal and package reached ontime.

Don't deserve a single star, irresponsible and insensitive staff. They deliver the shipment on their own convenience citing "Prohibited Area-Entry restricted for delivery" as the reason for delay. Residential areas in BTM Layout looks like NASA, ISRO or DRDO and a taboo for them.
