I have ordered 2 smartphones from Flipkart as birthday gifts which were supposed to deliver on 12th august... but they missed the date and today is the extended delivery date but no sign of delivery. They want me to wait till 7pm without any info of delivery agent and cancel my preplanned Sunday plans. I cannot cancel my prepaid order because the products are sitting in a warehouse of Ekart Logisticshub not more than 2 km from my house since last 5 days. I regret ordering from Flipkart. The customer care is also pathetic.
