This is the worst service I have seen. I received the wrong product. That too the courier boy delivered the product without the OTP, because I haven't received any OTP for that product. Even then he delivered and later updated as delivered. I immediately rised the request for return one courier boy named Sunil picked it up and later called me and said he is not able to update in the site as it is a wong product and returned that wrong product after 4 days. He didn't even cancelled that request so that I can reintiate the return request.. what kind of service it is such a worst response and worst delivery boys.

Initially I was worried after reading the reviews from Google that most of them had a bad experience using Xpressbees. Maybe I got lucky, my delivery package arrived before the estimated time and the behaviour of the employee was good. He spoke very politely and arrived the destination with minimal calls. Only one thing I am disappeared is about the text message which I received from the Xpressbees was the ex-employee of the company and that person has requested alot to company to remove his number from the helpline and they haven't. Otherwise I am totally satisfied with the delivery. Thanks.

Pathetic is the word for xpressbees. No response no resolution. They keep on make you waiting.
