Worst experience. I can see parcel in front of me at their hub therefore they are not delivering my product with the reason that there is technical issues. They cancelling parcels with wrong reason that we are unable to contact customer in registers mobile number. Worst ever delivery service experiencing from last 4 months. For the big size parcels they totally doing fraud to customer as it is hard to handle parcels and deliver it to customers so they are marking it in system as out for delivery and after doing three fake attempt in system they cancelling and returning parcels to origin. Instead of big parcels they priorised small parcels as delivery boy can deliver number of parcels in easy way. Flipkart it is your biggest drawback.
