This shitty people are so lazy to get up from their desk, why bother taking franchise of blue dart if you can't live up to the service! They posted online that it's out for delivery but hell no, it never came until and unless I went up ther to take it. This chapaguri branch should be closed

Worst service provider/ courier ever. Without delivering the shipment, they would send you SMSs citing unreasonable reasons. They keep the consignments days together at their place. It is one such courier who do not know the address of District Collector's office even. Worst if the worst is their centre in Bongaigaon Assam.
