Very good cervice from E-KART MEENCHANTA IN MY LOCATION 2 TYPE OF DELEVERY BROOS ARE THERE BOTH OF THEM ARE GOOD AND GOOD BEHAVIOR THE 2 ARE RAJESH ATTEN LIGHT WEIGHT ITEMS DELEVERY AND ANOTHER RAJESH BRO IS HEVY WEIGHT DELEVERY ITEMS THEY carry IN MY OPPINION RAJESH ATTEN WESTHILL IS THE SENIOR DELEVERY MAN HE IS DELEVERING ME ITEMS sin's I STARTED ORDERING FROM FLIPKART ALSO NOT YET disappointed ME WHILE ORDERING ATLEST IN 1MONTH I ORDERS 3 product NOTHING GETS DAMAGES NO NOT YET GIVEN 1* FOR ANY THING 🥰

This ia flipcart's delivery team. The staff was supportive and responsive. I was able to pick my item very soon. The place is not easy to spot as it is located slightly interior of the building. Very near to Meenchanda junction.

I ordered a product, and it was scheduled to arrive by 11.05.2021 to Tirur. From Flipkart order page it is showing that order arrived at EKart hub in Calicut on 10.05.2021 1.41PM. I have tried to contact customer care, and it always redirect to Flipkart customer care. They said they can't provide contact details of the hub and they will resolve the issue only by 19th of this month . Meanwhile Iam recieving products which I ordered after this one,. Iam writing this review on 14th I can't find any contact details of this hub. Anybody pls provide contact details. Worst service ever

Item got cancelled after almost waiting for 3 weeks... App shows it's in the hub.... the customer service said that they're not able to give their location ..and they promised to not cancel the product and they will deliver it at any cost... Just bad service.. And flipkart are very bad at promises, I could've went to the hub and collected it myself but they are not giving the location..

Poor service and bad responsibility from the eKart delivery hub at Meenchantha. I ordered two products at same address and they delivered one product on time and returned other one before the estimated delivery date without even calling me at given mobile number saying the address was confusing. If the adress was confusing why could not call me for clarification ? If the address was confusing, how could they deliver my other product? If they decided to return why did they return before the estimated delivery date. They even did not updated the returning on website. So, i went to hub travelling 30 kna and they said product is already returned.
