Don't go for this people, waste and unethical way of operating. Who give them authority to return the couriers back to the sender without making an attempt to deliver or even making a call to the customer. Yes people, they did this scam not only to me but also to many people that I know.

Worst courier service ever...I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the delivery boy 'Sajith K S, cherthala XpressBees' ( non-delivery of my parcel sent through your courier services). Disrespectful staff. What kind of service are you providing to the customers? I was waiting for my product and I didn't get the parcel on time. And they themselves returned it to the seller... Unethical service.This sort of unprofessional behavior can result in losing your customers. I am very disappointed with your company's poor services. Can't even give 1 star...

Utterly disappointed with their delivery services. The delivery guy won't even call you and will update like the customer wants future delivery, customer wants open delivery, customer was not available. If we call them, they won't pick up the call. I wonder if the company is like this or just delivery boys are like this. I would suggest their tagline should be changed to something like "delivering worries to customers". Just pathetic

Faster than any other courier. I got my product without any wear and tear One suggestion : Delivery person need to come inside the gate to deliver the package as my home having some distance between the gate and delivery person call to come outside the gate to collect the courier as other couriers are coming inside so my father become angry and tell me this.

I am so disappointed about the delivery service. I didn't get the parcel on time. So I had to go the parcel service office and it took a long time even at the parcel service office I had to wait a long time.. very poor service..3 times I got message parcel will deliver today..but no one contacted me..bad service
