Worst service operator for bluedart I have seen here in unnao. They never delivery things on time. Always miss SLA (expected delivery date) even though when shipment is already reached in their warehouse, some times it remains there for 2-3 days, they wont call you or deliver that on time. I have personally visited their warehouse multiple times to get my shipments because I needed them urgently . They forge data in portal for delayed deliveries like "not able to contact customer/phone" or "Customer wasn't available at address/house was locked"

Service is good but they don't value other person's time. Staff behavior depends on their mood, sometime they pick calls , some times not. We can notice this place from normal/heavy traffic . It's really near to Kanpur lucknow highway and located on the main unnao city road opposite to baiswara gate . Ample amount of parking space is there. Staff is helpful but that is subjective.

This is the worst courier service than any other. They don't go to address mentioned nor even call to customer on their given number to trace the address by landmark, they simply just mark address not found or incomplete address or landmark. This is the customer problem to contact them to get their courier or parcel.
