Pathetic service. Worst customer experience. Ekart has picked up one of my myntra return item and has kept it with themselves. When I tried contacting ekart person (Rohith) he said he will see who picked it up but no update yet. Now they do not even pick my call. Here, I do not have the item and myntra is not refunding my money.

I had a very bad experience in ekart office. My area-pincode were mismatched and ekart didn't even call for a whole day to enquire about the delivery and I myself went to the office to collect my order. The staff out there were very arrogant and try to rag me on how I could mismatch the area and pincode. I'm really very disappointed with the way they behaved
