Arrogant delivery staff. My amazon item delivery was on the way. The delivery boy asked me to come out 100s of meters on the road to collect the packet. I asked him to deliver to home since I am 70 years old. He said he will return the item if not collected. In that case I told him you may return the item. Order tracking ID 14130622021326

Their service is slower than that of snails. And They don't want to deliver the parcel to the customer. They will never contact the customer and return the parcel. Do not take their service if you have any other option.

Never ever order anything with this courier Xpressbees. They will never try to deliver your product. When out for delivery, the delivery executive will never call or visit your address. Instead, they will mark the order as Customer not available. It happened with me 2 times., very frustrated. While delivery no communication nothing from the courier partner regarding the mobile number of the delivery executive. I have only option to contact their customer care through email and have notified them about this.
