I don't know whether they have a minimum concern about the customers. I had ordered FAStag via Paytm and they sent the package through Xpressbee. On 30th March 2022 morning I received a message saying that the order will be delivered today. I waited for entire day and they have not delivered it till the end of the day. But, they falsely informed Paytm that they had delivered it and in my Paytm app, it shows that the order has been delivered. I tried a lot to contact but no number is available, neither any helpful solution. They provided the number of delivery person but when I call that number, it always says that the number can't be connected.

Worst service. Its better to choose other courier service. U cant contact the delivery boys. They will select open delivery for their own convenience and never deliver the product. Everyday u will get msgs like arriving today and at evening came with a msg like cancelled as u r not available.

Courier reached to office on Saturday . During out for delivery, boy called me, but my phone network was poor. Once I got the missed alert I called the boy and he said today not possible tomorrow sunday and Monday are holidays for onam. I waited for 2 days I called the guy on Monday morning, he said he is having lot of other deliveries he cant take my bag.So i have to visit their office and pick the item. Is this a professional way of behavior. I was waiting for my product since 3 days and I am really afraid of this courier service and their office boy’s behavior
