Worst courier service ever. This is my 2nd time and I don't understand why reputed companies like Biba, amazon, firstcry,use this hopeless courier service. They just keep posting customer unavailable or not responding which is a big lie. No contact no of the office, no updates of the delivery person. Horrible courier service. My courier is till pending for 2 weeks and they still.can say customer no response.

Worst courier service in Kozhikode. They have not delivered my product even after two weeks. They neither make a call nor attends the phone. Fake up date on delivery status as "customer not available or reachable". Just cheating everyone. I am moving to consumer court for mental torture and harassments from this company. I am in touch with consumer forums and support groups..

These people do not respond to customer queries, send message they are unable to contact the person and do not give a valid number to call back. They didn’t even attempted to call. This company should not be allowed to operate. Such a terrible experience. Update - After a week of no response, unable to contact any of them on call, nobody calling me, not responding to my email queries, (I got auto responded email saying they will revert in 24 hours, I have got no response even after a week. I finally drove to their office in Mankave myself and collected my courier. Can this courier service be any more worse? This people don't even reserve 1 star, There is no option to give a 0 star review, Otherwise that would be my review for them.

I always face issue with expressbees. They make delivery way too complicated. Bad staff and always late. What i do now is avoid websites that chose expressbees for delivery. I just cannot deal with them. Unfortunately one of the website has send my product with them this time and here i am stuck again. Tracking details shows that my product has reached my destination 3 days back and still no updates after that.

Calicut Xpressbees is the worst courier agent I have experienced . Mostly bluffing and not delivering .Pathetic service . There seems no management or logistics .
