Health Kart should review all the comments & stop the services with Xpressbees. False status is updated as Customer not available. No one is responding the calls. Awaiting delivery from last 5 days. Health Kart will loose customers if they continue with this services. I would stop buying from Health Kart.

My order has reached at Vadodara from 4 days and there has been no call to connect with me for the delivery and I'm getting a system generated text by the EOD that it was undelivered due to my unavailability. And on top of that there has been no human interaction for the delivery and no customer care number which can help me with understanding the real time scenario.

First i got msg from this courier company at 12 pm that my parcel is out for delevry. The agent came 3.45 pm at my home.i was on job.he called me twice but i was driving that is why i did not picked call.he did not gavw my parcel to my mom nd he goes back to other parcal delevery..after 15 min i reached home and called him and he was at my area still denied to delevr my parcal and was really roud and he told me that i will not recev my oarcal tomorrow also pathetic staff

I have Place an order to Pharma Easy for Medicine and in order show tantative date of delivery in 2 days . After delivery time 5 days over still I am not getting my medicine . for regarding that I have contect to Pharm Easy for Order they have answer to me said we have given order to our courier partner and we have no any contect number for the courier and not even address. There is worst Service by courier and Pharm Easy also. Not agree with rating.

It's the world delivery courier service a person and ever bear. I have to call them when I get message, they dont even response. I had to stop from Ajio site coz ajio was giving work to xpressbee, and coz all the parcel were going back, it's such a loss to company, and as a customer my time too. Eveb now urbanic and lulu and sky are giving work to xpressbee only, so I have to stop buying stuff from that site too. My all parcel which I was waiting are gone back without even contacting me. The one person who use to deliver some items, was asking money coz he said he did got salary, I said no, so now no parcel will be delivered. They also want money to please them like bhaiya parcel dedo hamara ?? So pathetic wasting time ans I had to complain everywhere for it. But there is no response. I dont know how still their company is not closed after so many complains for xpressbee
