My experience is not so good at Bally Blue Dart. Reached there at 10 am. and one single consignment could be booked at 11.15 am. Remained unattended for 30 minutes. Attending personnel directed me to seal in the pack with adhesive tape. On refusal, they advised me to go to nearby DTDC courier. There is no digital system of payment, apart from paying in cash for the service. No contact number of the centre at Bally could be provided, instead, they have shown the IVR centralized customer service number printed on the Way Bill. When connected with the centralized IVR customer service number, there is no option to talk to the customer care personnel to take care of customer grievance against the centre at Bally.

I have submitted my confidential and important documents here for courier to locations such as Delhi and these guys are lightening quick to get that across to your target recipients. 325/- INR for normal courier(minimum charges), 375/- INR for important and confidential documents like Passport and other artefacts. For courier from Kolkata to Delhi or Mumbai, it delivers the next day by 10 am - 12 noon. They are open till 7:30 -8:00 PM. You will get the consignment ID on the invoice receipt with the barcode using which you can track your consignment on Blue Dart website.

They are charging 5 times more pricing than normal rate. .. when i have gone to book parcel one staff said open your parcel and show what is in parcel ? why will a customer show his parcel? worst services never go there. Then i came back and book our parcel for courior in cheaf rate .
