I had a reverse pickup which was supposed to be pick by Shivam Gupta one of xpressbees company courier boy. I missed his call for pickup and he straight away cancelled my pickup mentioning that I myself cancelled my pickup. Xpressbees people are not only providing pathetic services but they are doing fraud also
