Ekart is useless, unethical, unprofessional and careless company. They collect goods from unknown people and deliver goods. Useless ekart boss and staff. Scams are common in this business. They don't even courtesy to call customer and ask what is the issues. Beggars are better than this company. They have disabled all the customer support service which purely indicates they are scam, useless fellows.

I had placed a order of getting a computer mouse, for it has come for delivery on time but I was not there in my home when it was coming but the flip kart says it will be delivered before 9pm of the day, if the same thing when I told to delivery boy he refused to come again as he can deliver it on next day, Unfortunately I couldn’t be there in my home on following days for that I had to go to store room of Ekart logistics and have to collect from there itself..
