Underpaid and over worked staff. It's cruel to expect customer service from this place. Only place in South Chennai for passport collection for USA visa. That's probably why this is still in business. Opens at 9.00 am but you cannot book anything for shipping before 11 am. And if you are planning on collecting passport, go only after 9.50 Am. Just for convenience not for customer service.

Badly maintained facility. Their helpdesk number is inactive and no one picks up. I requested a pickup but they updated the status as attempted delivery and customer unavailable and the next day it changed to ready for pickup. Definitely not worth the price. The facilities were dirty, damaged, even the name was broken and under staffed and the staff wasted 15 minutes trying to switch on the AC despite the queue waiting.

They do not pick up calls. Do not offer any packaging and worst of all mark status as undeliverable even without making an attempt to deliver. Was expecting a laptop to arrive on Friday. Marked out for delivery by 2 pm in the noon. At 11 pm at night the status got updated as Entry prohibited, could not deliver. Immediately check with security and they confirmed no courier delivery person entry or attempt at entrance. Had to reach out to customer care and reattempt delivery the next day. Not a dependable service or outlet.

Delivery boy simply returned the parcel without attempting any delivery. He asked the location of my address and returned. When I visted the office. There is noone except security. He says he cant help anything about it. Worst delivery service. Seems fraud office. Driver also not attending the call

If possible I would give minus five star .Worst branch of bluedart. Just spoiling the reputation of bluedart name . Not attempting to deliver service and marking it as prohibited entry and making people to get in person.
