Terrible experience. They didn't even inform that they are delivering the parcel the next day because of rain. And themselves put a reason for delayed delivery as we have requested future delivery. Atleast could have called and informed the same. Irresponsible!

Horrible. I've been waiting for ny nykaa parcel since more than a week. Every morning they send message delivery will be done today and send OTP. Nor nykka allowing me to cancel order and ask for refund ... Nor this courier service is delivering my parcel. Frustrating experience
