They don't deliver products at home .... Especially the prepaid orders. You have to collect from there office else return the package saying it's can't be delivered or incorrect address. Least concern about the product and try to tamper it. Lack of professionalism. Strongly not recommended. Least concern about contacting customes. Don't trust them.

Worst delivery service in Purulia... always cause lots of trouble in the delivery process... not just the deliveries r super late..they r very non professional... almost always find some excuses to extend the delivery for 2/3 days more...the delivery agents actually spend a lot of time gossiping in their office as I have come to know from my personal sources. Most of the time, they would send wrong information to their responsive authorities that they couldn't find your address, but in reality, they won't even call u for once. They just want u to come to their office to collect ur product.

At least mention your contact no. so that people can collect their courier from your office. After taking so much charges such a pathetic service provided by Blue Dart. They will not call the receiver before attempting delivery . Once attempted, they will simply mention the status in their website, however, will neither provide the contact details nor will make second attempt. Very bad service.
