I want to send a International (USA) Parcel weighing around 0.600 gms and they have quoted me a price of Rs. 5,600/- and since the Parcel was not so important I casually tried India Post and the price was just Rs. I,090/- and I have booked the Parcel from India Post. Though there was some delay in Parcel reaching the destination like 10 days, still I'm happy with India Post. Tracking also available. Hence I don't recommend Blue Dart to send an international Parcel.

First of all there is no Bluedart office at this Nanakramguda location, didn’t care to update location on maps, later when I called to the above number I got the sorting centre’s details, thanks to the guy who helped me with the address. When I went there and asked about my shipment’s delayed delivery, they said it was delivered to a wrong address, the delivery executive has no idea about where he had delivered my package. One of the worst experiences with Bluedart. I had to visit their office which is 10kms away to let them know that my package was not delivered, there is no response for calls.

I had a very critical shipment of ayurvedic medicines to ship to USA. Most courier companies denied to even send it. Krishna from this DHL/Bluedart location agreed and told me the process. He is very detail oriented and perfect in doing documentation. He packed my courier really well and was very very helpful. The courier reached the destination 1 day before and in perfect condition.

The operator at Narsingi is very humble guy. My shipment was delayed and when I told him, he tracked it and ensured that it got delivered safe. Hence, 5 marks for his attitude. Keep up the good work. As far as Bluedart is concerned, I found the services a bit costlier as compared to other courier companies, the delivery was delayed too. But may be it is safer to send your items through them. So, recommended on case by case basis.
