Very very worst courier service, I have ordered items from online they initiated through Xpress, but these delivery agents are not delivered any items ordered from me, they are not least bothered to call the customers to deliver the product. Given the wrong update saying the customer denied the package, the customer was not available, the customer's location is wrong, and the customer did not receive the call. All the above reasons are wrong in my case. Better I suggest Xpress have to keep an eye on what delivery agents are doing or else you will face a huge loss.
