What kind of service is this ? My parcel has arrived in city for 3 days and if call customer care they are telling me that i have wrong number or order number. And top of that they updated customer is not at location by themselves without any call. Incredible!

Pathetic is the word for this people as they 100% lacks professionalism at any leval in Jamnagar. I would companies to stop giving business to this people as they deserves more than just stopping business with them. MOST HOPELESS SERVICE.

Pathetic service. You can't reach customer care on e-mail or given customer care number Parcel delivery takes a week even for a nearest cities, parcel stays in destination city for days before being delivered. No local office numbers for any clarification.

Worst courier service I ever faced. Shipment expected delivery date is 3rd Nov, till date no delivery. Daily morning message comes that it is out for delivery, evening gets a call that delivery not successful, asks either to press 1 for reattempt or to 2 to cancel. Customer has to press 2. Then you will get a message that customer asked for future delivery so the shipment not delivered

Very poor service ,e delivery man blocked my number and constantly I m getting computerized msg for "delivery will be soon" but delivery man don't even come at place , and submit anything whatever he thinks fit for reason about not delivered my parcel at home 😠
