Pathetic service. Other courier services wer able to deliver packages from Mumbai to Chennai in 3 to 5 days time. Only you guys take 10 days and more as if this is an international shipment. India post is doing a better job than you guys. Your customer support is horrible and pathetic. no one will answer of we call customer support number that's provided. They won't update about the package in their website. They won't respond to emails. I don't know how this company is even existing for such horrible service.

worst service ever. my parcel is out for delivery from last 2 days but it is still not delivered. No attempt was made by delivery agent to contact me. I did not receive any call from delivery agent and still they sended me message that delivery unsuccessful no one picked call and no one was available at address with such fake reasons. I would like to know what is the status of my parcel. I am trying to reach the customer care but the service is so worst that I am unable to connet to the Executive. please do the needful and let me know the status of my parcel. Xpressbees is the worst courier company in India. This company is managed by a bunch of highly unprofessionals. Their customer care is never reachable and if they answer after 48hrs of attempt they sound very lost and keep lying. They send message about the delivery with delivery boys mobile number which is always a dead number. Very unreliable courier company. I just hate this company and will never ever use their services.

They have really bad customer service department. Not reliable as they dont have a proper process in which the senders information is is stored. I received a wrong parcel from unknown sender to know more about the parcel i called them but they are not aware of the senders information like name, address from where it is been sent and contact number. This can be very dangerous as anyone can send some illegal things without any information about the sender it can be verey difficult to track the item and consequences have to be faced by the receiver. On top of that when i called the customer service they just hung upon me. Please do not accept any parcels without opening it in front of the delivery person.

Worst courier service experience ever... package came from Delhi in 3 days and even after 3 days in pune they haven't delivered, customer care call doesn't connect, and if connect they say its out for delivery we can't tell anything, delivery boy doesn't receive a single call in 3 days, his mom receives and say wrong number his dad receives and says he has left the job, not a single reply to multiple mails to customer care. So basically you don't have any choice if your package gets delivered or stolen in between by delivery guy. Most careless and useless people I came across.
