3rd class worst service. No customer support on delivery delays when i tried to contact them over the phone. Mentioning delivery day as today and showing the report that the pakage is out for delivery, but they didn't deliver the parcel as I waited for them the whole long day, wasted my time and got no updates for future delivery.

Complete harassment while delivering parcel My article AWB 134093309394755 was scheduled to be delivered on 8th July, that day I didn't received OTP ( my phone was switched off/not receiving messages).The delivery person came, I said to resend the OTP as I was available then to receive the OTP, but I received no OTP after that also. He didn't deliver the parcel. Next day(9th July) , morning, I received the OTP for delivery and called that delivery person when will he be coming. He said he will come at evening. I waited for long and at evening he called me he will be coming on next day (i.e. 10th July), when I asked the condition about the parcel he said the parcel was with him and safe in his hand. But that evening the status was reportedly changed to "customer wanted future delivery" while I was available all the day to receive the parcel and the delivery person whimsically changed the delivery date as per his choice. The next day i. e. on 10th July, I again received OTP for delivery, I waited till afternoon for the delivery person but received no call, then I called back him and he said he can't deliver the parcel due to computer glitches at there end (it was not showing out for delivery at their end while I could see the status was showing out for delivery and I also received OTP for out for delivery, that OTP is still with me with time details) , shortly after that the status was again changed to "customer was not available" which is totally wrong. I called the delivery person again, he said he will deliver it on 11th as Sunday he can't go to office to receive the parcel. Then on 11th, I called him and he said someone took it to deliver on 10th, but he mishandled the parcel. They(the office) are looking for the parcel, if they can't find it, it will not be delivered and returned back. Do necessary to deliver the parcel to me. All these days, I was available to receive the parcel but the status was changed as per the company wish. I have sent enquiry/ clarifications everytime in the field designated in your tracking page whenever a misleading status was updated , everytime I got emails that my issue will be resolved within 24hours, but no steps was taken. I have called several times in your customer care number but all time it was saying my call couldn't be connected due to long queue.

Cheat and dishonest company. They cancel your delivery and will pin it on you saying customer not available to take delivery. Not ordering from AJIO again till they change their delivery partner. You guys deserve to get closed.
