Service is good but a bit slow. This is what I have observed whenever I have visited this place. The executive sitting at the counter took more than 25 minutes to attend the customer before me. Then came the time for making the payment and their swiping machine provided by pine labs was not working, he had to restart the terminal atleast 4 times before it could accept the card for payment.

Consignment in PUD centre since 2nd July. Blue dart comments address incomplete where as other courier and parcel services delivers without any issues. Did not bother to call me. Consignment lying at PUD centre since a week. No direct number for calling is available. Customer care number continuous engaged. Pathetic service. Only big name but the team at Nagpur is spoiling the reputation.
