Poor service. I have ordered from a website which was dispatched from their end through blue dart. The dispatch happened and it reached ottapalam office within 2 days from north but the courier was not delivered even after waiting for more than a week and finally I was forced to collect it directly from the office. Even after multiple follow ups through the customer care there weren't any response from their end. When called directly to the office number they were saying they don't have any delivery person to send the deliveries to those areas for now. How poor service is this.

Edit :(0n June 2023) - Appranently there was a shortage of delivery staff due to sudden quitting and all and they and a ton of parcel to sort through... They seems to have staffed backed up and started delivery in the normal fashion. Got two deliveries on time from the same service point with good service . Changing rating from 1 to 4 . One of the bad service points . They don't call, they update the status as a natural disaster/ uncontrollable cause, time constraints etc.. and the items are never delivered. We went there in person and there was a room full of unsorted parcels and when we asked about ours they couldn't even find it and we were asked to come the next day. They had found it within their mess and had kept it aside ( this is after a week of updating false status against the package) .. couldn't even complain with bluedart as the helpline number never connects. It's very sad to see such a bad service from such a well known courier partner.

No calls from bluedart regarding the shipment from early morning to night and . Simply getting msgs for out for delivery around 10pm and address not tracable. This is the fourth time they are keeping the status as out for delivery and customer location not found. Even after escalating to customer care, there is no use.

If your order is under 1000 rupees and your address more than 5 KM from their office ,then these guys will never call you and simply reject the orders and the customer need to face the consequences. I don't understand why bluedart central team is not checking these much of order cancellation from this center . every time i will pray to get my bluedart courier will come to shornur office instead of this lekkidi-ottapalam office .

Friendly staff, went there to send a package to Mumbai, quick service, they packed documents in waterproof plastic and hv the reference # for tracking. Done in 10mins. Only downside is no phone number to check if it was open. As per customer care, u can drop off packages till 6pm. And they also arrange pickup from home after 3pm. Pls contact customer care.

The product is not getting delivered to home. For the past 1+ month, they have been mentioning the COVID issue to their 2 employees. We have to go and collect the product from their office which is in Killi Kurussi Mangalam, which itself is close to 10 KMs away from Ottapalam. Shouldn't they have made arrangements to get it delivered to home. After all the delivery charges paid are reasonably on the higher side.

Good service, though they do not deliver to our location. We need to go and pickup from their office, which is at Lakkidi Vayanasala stop. They can deliver to Ottapalam or nearest town, but not to your home.
