Surprised!!! After seeing 3 ⭐ ratings for the poor service. Even a startup courier service can provide us good service, try to learn from them. Not even a single call from this branch, blindly updating the shipment status as UNABLE TO REACH CUSTOMER. nobody attempts to deliver the parcel at my adress but updating as SUCH A PERSON IS NOT AVAILABLE IN THAT PLACE It's all a drama to make us self pickup Particularly the front office person, don't know how to give respect. Zero Ratingfor your great service.

Very very very worst service of Blue dart. kindly requesting people to omit blue dart, instead go for any other courier services. then only they will suffer and hear our apin. my parcel should come on 9th July 2023, but till no intimation about that and no one from delivery person nor contacted me yet. i contact customer service, they said they will deliver the parcel with in same day. but nothing delivered as promised. so this is very idiotic service from blue dart, requesting every one to omit this service and give ratings as 0. if zero rating was there i will give it as 0 ratings only. plz requesting other members not to use blue dart especially in chrompet area. the chrompet area landline number also never picks our calls too.

Very very worst delivery service..... Yesterday my product was in our of delivery status.... Im was waiting till 9p.m but I didn't receive any call from delivery person but morning I'm receiving an notification.... Delivery attempted and I have cross check my call logs I didn't receive any calls from blue dart delivery service....Today I have seens one blue dart delivery person i asking him about this, he replied yesterday no one delivered to your location... Delivery person are reporting as delivery attempted without delivery to the location......Blue dart leads and higher officials should take a necessary action to avoid this in future or else you will loss your customers and your business will go down...If delivery person repeating this kind of actions.

Horrible service, I'm supposed to get a laptop from croma today in chennai but it was in bangalore till 10am today morning. I have to call the croma cussupport to move the parcel stop by stop. I cannot call bluedart because their lines are in auto answer telling high traffic. These guys close the shop at 5pm but croma says they can deliver till 9pm. They both are fooling us, plz don't buy in croma or use bluedart. Thanks
