Such a pathetic service. I reached their office by 10.40 am, I was asked to wait, and waited for 35 minutes, noone connected with me or followed up. I got fed up and left to a different provider for delivery. Recently there was supposed delivery to Thiruvanmiyur, they have conveniently marked as consignee not available, though I was at home all day.

So irresponsible people who dont call the people in delievery and despite of following 100 times, there is no response from them as these people are deaf and not hearing the phone ringing. They seems to be getting paid for sitting in office. Not only the employees but in fact the manager is of the same level. No accountability of the couriers that they are dealing. I have never seen so arrogant, dumbheaded people in my life and I will never ever use Blue dart service. Such employees put the reputation of the company completely down. We citizen cant complaint even to the manager, as they dont know what to speak and disconnect the calls and have no guts to pick the call and face the situation. Worst service. They even dont deserve zero as ranking. I wish to have negative marking in their case.

Very helpful staff. DHL express International courier service is available at the same counter. The domestic courier service is very good. One should trust it for sending anything tome critical or otherwise important. Price wise, it is only a little bit costly than other premium couriers but service you get is unmatched (comparable with FedEx in India).
