Worst experience with bluedart. Dilivery boy dilivered my courier to another person so I received my courier already opened by someone and still he was talking very rudely to us. They should know customer satisfaction is important and how to talk with them. Also i am getting whatsapp message from random number as a courier guy. @bluedart my humble request to take some action on it they guys have no rights to do whstapp message on any customers number Also there is no number available on the google for that particular branch(new cg road chandkheda)There is no way to reach out anyone so adding my experience here. Thanks!!!

Not even single star is needed for this .I have never seen such a worst and third class service. Owner of this branch is nonsense,don't know to maintain customer relationship. And one of the delivery agent of this bluedart branch had DUPED me in guise of exchange. Very horrible, please beware of this courier branch.

Went there with a 9 kg package and was asked to wait and keep it on their desk. There was a customer right in front of me and the processing time was too much. Waited a good 30-45 minutes and then was called. When the destination pin code was checked they said it’s not deliverable and the funny thing is I am getting parcels from the same destination pin code that too via blue dart. It was such a frustrating experience. They need to have a pin code based validation system right at the entrance. At least i would have been saved of my precious time. Am never stepping into blue dart again. Will always look for better alternatives

Seems a wrost courier service or employees don't have any respect for company. Before 4 days courier should be in my hand, but still I am waiting. They are not doing attemp and shows wrong status online. Still I have no answer from Bludart.
