This is the 3rd time I'm facing issue with Bluedart Tirupur. Whatever parcel delivering through bluedart, they returning the parcel without reaching me. If I ask, why you returned my parcel without calling me, every time they responding like your number was switch off or your number is not reachable.

It's very rare to see a courier like this. The parcel never leaves the office but they send the courier back saying they can't find our location. They don't even call the number on it and ask for directions. Even if we go to the office in person, it's like how much is the price per kg? Their operation is in Tirupur. No one who claims to be working in this office can live in peace because they have bought the cursing of the people of Tirupur. If there is anything below 1 star then you can give that award to them

Till now, many of my couriers have been delayed saying wfong address. Do you guys even live in tirupur bcz you dont know the address even when it is clearly printed. Worst experience always. If you have the number, first you have to contact me. You should nt lie sitting inside the office. You are just eating out of other's money. Dont you even have a pint of responsibility towards your customers? If I have to send a shipment, I am never going to think of bluedart.

Bluedart has turned in to a Pathetic Courier Service from a Premium one. Delayed Deliveries, Wrong Tracking Updates and Frequent Network Delays. Hope the management looks in to it and do something to turn the service around. One more issue their Customer Care Number is not connecting at all.
