The item i ordered from flipkart was not delivered by the executive. On 5th October 2021, executive named niyaz mon called me and it was rescheduled to the next day. After sometime a message came to me that mentioned it was delivered. Suddenly i call to the number, then the executive said to me that it will be delivered by tomorrow. His superior paid the amount bcoz of some official targets.I couldn't get any update from thereafter. Very poor experience i got from your side.

I did ordered a phone through flipkart and I also did applied for an exchange my old phone.It only has a screen crack, which resulted to make some price reduction. But the delivery boy from ekart rejected my phone due to this issue. I did read the terms and conditions and there did briefly mentioned that there is no possibility for a rejection if the Phone is fully working also have crack. I cant believe that such a kind of irresponsibility from such famous courier service .After the rejection i got an sms from ekart that exchange cancelled because i decided to keep the old phone then i realised that your delivery boy was cheated me.His name was Niyas S which is mentioned on an sms.I hope you guys will clear the problem that i am facing. I am waiting for your reply.

First of all they doesn't provide a contact number. One of my ordered have reached their center 2 days back and it shows such on the Flipkart app. Since there is not number I had to go over to their place and when I asked for it they are refusing it.

Don't review them just using them once coz they insist to write a review and then you see their actual service Unfortunately Flipkart usees them for several small locations and one of them is alleppy where I am posted. They never tried to deliver the product to my place and Everytime it was me who had to go and collect it from their office.Although it costed me time and money I didn't mind till today. My last shipment arrived I went to collect and they misplaced it ,ok,not a big issue I can come again then they kept updating my place is out of service area and when I called them they said ok come and collect the courier we are finally able to trace it. Despite calling them in the evening and again in the morning when I reached the him it was only one shipment which was available.Rest two they returned without informing me coz they care more for their TAT then customer follow up. Although staffs are polite but they lack professionalism and customer oriented service. NOT USING THEM AGAIN
