Very disappointed!! I made an order on 24th Oct. The delivery man asked me the OTP on 5th Nov by saying that he's reaching me in an hour and updated the status as delivered.Today is 8th Nov and the product is still not delivered. I've already done the payment And now he's not picking the call also. This is literally called fraud services.

Worst pathetic courier service by Flipkart. Ordered a product on 26th sept 2022 from Flipkart but today 8th oct 2022 product is still undelivered. product is still pending at their office but still not out for delivery. Order reached at their office on 6th oct 2022 but their delivery boys have not enough time to do doorstep delivery they think customer himself come to their office to pickup but it is their responsibility to get it delivered at doorstep. Neither Flipkart is listening nor their logistics service provider ekart.

Very poor response from delivery person.i have ordered mobile from flipkart and confirming delivery by 15may, but on 15th ekart delivery person says that he will deliver only in the range of 5km I.e.upto Hasari only and refuse to deliver at ordered address his behavior was also very rude and unprofessional...Earlier also in a order of LED tv ekart delivery person gave TV carton full of garbage...Very pathatic
