The delivery executive was rude I said I am not available will you come tomorrow he was rudely cut my phone and he stopped my all parcels and completely unprofessional they stopping all couriers by knowingly I am available but i don't know what they doing with my parcels they taking revenge just by asking why you been rude without any message and call this is not done they should take action orelse they will be in trouble in future and very simply he said if you want to file complaint go head I don't care my company won't care this what their behaviour towards customers and sompeta is a small town if they behave like this way they don't know how to approach that is the reason they being rude very bad service
