Worst service. They just played “Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark Needed” message for days without further action. Why in the world are we mentioning mobile numbers on all address details. If you don’t know the address at least call and ask. My parcel not reached me even after 1 week after they got it.

I have ordered a plant from westbengal. The parcel reached pochampalli bluedart on time but these guys delayed it for days. Plants died. The location they mentioned on the gmap is false.

They don’t even try deliver the product. They just mark it as undelivered. Bunch of idiots running a delivery hub and defaming blue dart couriers.
