I order mi power bank from official website of mi on 22/09/2020, my address pin code is 474002 where I live from 24 years. When I go to ekart office regarding my order they said they return back my order due to wrong pin code even they didn't call me and this happen two times. My pin code is correct but due to incorrect database of company I face this issue. Now today I go to office at silver estate they behave rudely and said to get out they don't have enough time to even listen my issue. I have proof because I make video during this time. Flipkart who is the parent company refuse to help me. Friends I face a big loss that's why my sincere advice do not order from this shipping company otherwise you lost your money.
