Very poor service. Had ordered a shipment from superday website. The estimated date for delivery was 03-12-2022, but on the day of delivery the company xpress bees deliberately changed the status to " customer wants delivery at later stage" without contacting me. They falsified information and ultimately i had too pickup the order myself.

Haven't seen a courier service as unprofessional as this company/branch. This is after numerous experiences with them that I'm writing this review. This branch in particular has people who are not interested in delivering stuff. All of a sudden you will get a message that you have asked to deliver tomorrow, whereas in reality you are never contacted. These are a bunch of liars who should label their branch as LAZYBEES.
