customer service is really bad. I have never seen this type of bad service any where. They will say call back but call will be disconnected in between they never call back. If we go with text message service if we explained the problem to one person in between someone switch and will ask what is the query looks like flipkart not giving any value to customers. They have to check how the other competitors are doing service for customer issues and have to incorporate those. Feeling very bad.
