Worst experience ever they don't even have a toll-free number, bluedart is worst as the delivery guy has never called me but rescheduled the delivery again and again. WORST! PATHETIC! There customer service number is for showpiece,there office is even dirt and spoilt like a garbage dumpyard. I made a order online for my birthday and company order was successfully shipped on time but this pathetic blue dart holded it for 4days at hub which is even two rows away from my home, then out of anger I went there then they where finding my parcel here and there and after 30-40mins from the bottom of that dumpyard and from spreading 4bags of parcel they find it. The question is why this big companies is even using delivery partner like blue dart, it will decrease the company name which is sending the order not delivering company. VERY DISSATISFIED.
