Worst services by BD Dehradun.. Haven't improved over the years. Without even trying they would put status as unsuccessful attempt to deliver or recipient not available especially for small packages. You would not get any calls And would be surprised to receive a SMS or email that delivery has failed for some reason or other. And when it is finally delivered, the local delivery guy would confirm that he never visited or attempted earlier, the true case is that it was handed over to him later only. The low Google ratings of BD Dehradun are enough to second my review.

I have had numerous shipments delivered from online stores sent through Bluedart and not once has it been a smooth experience. The customer care number does not work, or is never answered, and the Bluedart Dehradun office number listed does not exist. The deliveries are always delayed and twice I have had to go to the warehouse to find and collect my shipment myself. This is a circus of a courier company run by jokers.

Blue Dart is a big and renouned name. I have been waiting for my parcel from Adidas and I got thrice notification that the customer haven't attended the call and noone found at home. I had another parcel from Adidas only from other courier which was received the second day of booking. Finally I had visited the Balliwala chowk Blue Dart warehouse and collected the parcel myself. I have always informed to all while booking or purchasing anything online, that please don't book my parcel from Blue dart courier. Had bad experience many times one the parcel got lost and I have been told it was delivered at your doorstep. Blue Dart taught me to go for Cash On Delivery (COD). Thank you Blue Dart for your kind support.

Status update "Delivery Attempted-Premises Closed" without visiting premises or any call. 3. You didn't get delevery person contact number so you have to wait for their call. 4. If you have any urgent packages 📦 then take 4-5 days buffer time. 5. I order gift for my friend . My previous experience with shiprocket was not good so i told my seller to send it from Blue Dart because my friend is going out of india . His flight is today and I will get the package tomorrow according to their third delivery Attempt.😡

They don't even deserve one point. As per Blue Dart 2 attempts were made to deliver my docket but alas they couldn't find my address in the most prominent area of Dehradun that is Vasantvihar just a walking distance from their GMS road office. Guys please don't rely on this money minter courier service any more that too when many other & Postal couriers are proving their worthiness by providing last mile tracking information to the customers. Just try Blue Dart Chat / customer care nos. and let me know if they respond.
