Bad experience. I was out of country so my number was roaming. When I first got the call from bluedart I explained them I was international roaming and explained them how to get to delivery location. But I kept getting messages saying package not delivered because of non availability of customer. It took 6 days & 3 to 4 international roaming calls for them to finally deliver it to a location which is only a kilometer away

Despite the best efforts of the staff, sometimes we manage to get packages. The main misconception about this place is that they deliver packages; they don't. First they change the status of your package to "could not deliver" without even trying to reach you. Then they call you and ask you to collect the package from them. If you're lucky, you get your package. Many times, the package goes back without any communication from the office. This has been the case for many years now. If anyone wants to open a franchise of a parcel service in Paravur, I would advise them to go right ahead. If this is the competition you're going to have, you will definitely be very very successful.

Charged Rs.500 for a document shipment to Chennai. They said that it is express service and will be delivered next day to destination. It hasn't moved from Kochi even on third day. Called customer service and they said it will take minimum 48 hours from the place you booked (Paravur). Not recommended for express services. Normal services may be ok.

I spoke to them at their office and the reply was really eye-opening“the delivery staff on your location might be on leave”. Their words are self-explanatory how professional they are. A honest advice to the proprietor, shut down your business(es) and go to hell. Seriously you are not a business man.

Worst courier service provider in Paravoor. They try their best to make customers come to their office to collect parcel. They upload fake information in website that customer is not available without even attempting to deliver. Everytime you end up calling them to ask for your parcel and end up going there to collect them. They've been doing this for few years now. Planning to raise complaint with corporate office. NEVER GO TO BLUEDART PARAVOOR. Go to professional couriers or India post.

Not professional. Not worthy of calling them a couries service. Adamant and lazy staff. Complaint number 1: No home delivery - they always ask for the customer to collect the goods. This has been their way of working for years. Complaint number 2: They will simply return the consignment if you do not go and collect the same from these bafoons. The @$$#OLE who picks up your phone does not even know basic root map of the town, which is still fine, but the attitued he puts up as if he is doing a big favour is unaccepatable. I urge the potential customers to avoide Blue Dart. Inspite of having too many negative comments about these folks around here, the company has not even bothered to fix these disciplinary issues with their staff. They should realize the competition in the world they live in. No respect to the customers, then no doughnut for you.
