Very helpful and good service. I had one item ordered for a function which reached their office on the same function day. I rushed to the office before 9.30am and got my parcel delivered. But if you are looking for ekart phone number to connect to their office, they dont have. Instead you can contact the delivery guy who is in charge of your location, as each delivery executive is assigned a particular area.When i went to get my item, they gave me that delivery executive's number ato whom I can connect for future order queries. It is located at mangalam palam in the road connecting to nemmara-pollachi road from nh544 service road. Very helpful and good service.
