Pathetic. Unprofessional. Careless. A courier of mine was lying there for almost a month and i was never contacted. Just for name sake, they would show delivery attempts as late as 9 pm. And then cancel it after 5 minutes with excuse as no response from customer. No customer care number, no email, nothing. These type of couriers needs to be closed down forever.
