Worst service ever seen.. they are not calling the customer simply cancel the order. If you are asking to the office means they will respond anything.. They are sitting and sleeping on the courier parcel. They are dumping like anything.. I was tried to contact express bees courier customer care.. they are not at all attending call from us. Already raised complaint regarding this in consumer forum

WORST..WORST...WORST.... 1. Ordered the product on 8th Aug 2022, initially delivery date 9th Aug 2022 then changes to 11th Aug 2022 and changed to 13 Aug 2022. Still did not get any message regarding the delivery status. 2. When I went to nearby branch in Kelambakkam area, the response and behavior of the persons who are there also is worse. 3. Mean while called to customer care service so many times but no proper response. I didn't receive my package till now. Worst experience with this courier service.

Very worst service. They will not inform us thr delivery date or time.. They will come home at any time around 9PM. On the spot I received a message that delivery person at your home entrance. There is no phone number to contact them neither they won't contact us.. Within 5 mins I reached my house but sent the courier back.. We couldn't contact any person. I don't know from which expressbee location they visited.. I raised compaint three times.. No response from them

Worst Service. They are not ready to deliver the courier at doorstep. Instead they are updated fake reasons for not delivering the order. Why FirstCry failed to notice this problem. Hereafter i will not purchase anything in First Cry. This is third time i am struggling to get the ordered product. Very bad service.

I have ordered reading glasses on COD basis on 10th november which was delivered on 18th November 22. The lable on the package delivered was printed by Xpressbees. There is neither senders nor Return address. The COD is rs 1500 for two pairs of eye glass which is clearly printed on the package. But when the package was opened there was only one pair inside. When questioned the delivery boy could not answered properly and refused to give me his office address. This looks like a big scam. There are no details of sender. The boy insisted on payment and he also did not know where the money was being sent
